We have a 21-days return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We offer free returns 1 time per customer.

Product condition: All merchandise eligible for a return must be in its original condition, must not have been worn, must not have been washed, and the original price tags must still be attached. If applicable, the hygienic protection sticker must not have been removed. Enchantress reserves the right to refuse any return of goods if the conditions are not respected.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your merchandise. You must use the return label and the return will be free if it is your 1st time returning the product. Also your total order amount will be refunded once the product is returned.
If its not 1st time return for the customer then an amount of $11.00 + tax will be deducted from the total of your refund
